Lockpoints is an online luggage storage platform which enables travelers from all over the globe to connect with a luggage storage facility nearby. While we make sure your luggage is safe, you can go and enjoy your day to the fullest.

I can’t see the exact address of the Lockpoint

You will receive the exact address of your chosen Lockpoint in your booking confirmation. This is due to insurance and security reasons and preventing our Lockpoints from receiving unregistered guests.

Can I book on the same day of arrival/departure?

Yes, bookings are being made instantly. After a booking you can immediately drop off your luggage at your chosen Lockpoint.

Is online booking required?

Yes, all bookings need to be made online through our platform. Lockpoints will not accept luggage from customers without an online booking. This is due to insurance and security reasons and preventing our Lockpoints from receiving unregistered guests.

Does it matter how small or big my luggage is?

No, we like to keep it easy and simple. We accept all suitcases and bags without any size restrictions.

I need to deposit a suitcase and a small rucksack. Do I need to book for two items?

Yes, make sure to add all of your luggage in your online booking reservation. Only luggage booked through the platform is eligible for insurance. Luggage which isn’t booked online won’t be accepted at the Lockpoint location.

Is the price per day or per hour?

Prices are valid up to 24 hours.

I can’t make it on time and will be later than as shown in my reservation, what do I do?

It’s no problem if you are a bit early or just a little late. Our Lockpoint will always make sure to keep space available for your luggage. Please keep the opening hours of your chosen Lockpoint in mind.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking. Please contact our customer service center to cancel your booking.
Bookings are non-refundable.

Is there a maximum number of luggage items that can be made through the booking system?

No, there’s no maximum in the booking system. However, some locations can only handle a certain amount of luggage.

What are the opening hours of Lockpoints?

With locations which are open 24/7 we can provide you a luggage storage solution anywhere, anytime.

My booked Lockpoint is closed, what should I do?

Please check your booking and contact your Lockpoint. if necessary, contact our customer service center.

What kind of luggage can I store, are there size any limits?

We accept all suitcases and traveling bags without size restrictions.

Are there any items I cannot store?

Yes, please see our list with prohibited items:
– Explosives, fuel, hazardous or flammable items
– Pesticides, toxic, chemicals, pollutants, or waste of any kind
– Firearms, ammunition, drugs or other controlled substances
– Stolen goods
– Plants, living or dead animals
– Infested or contaminated items
– Cash, credit cards and fine art
– High valuables metals and precious stones

Is my luggage insured?

Yes, our insurance covers damage up to € 750, – per luggage item.

When should I book my luggage storage?

You can book any time online. You can book days ahead or last minute. Bookings are being processed directly so it’s possible to store your luggage right away after making a booking.

How do I edit a booking?

It’s not possible to edit a booking yourself, please contact our customer service center.
